By purchasing GCC SUPPORT the product to GCC America, Inc., you have acknowledged that a resolution is not guaranteed. The consultation does not include any parts or labor as its all remote support via phone and/or remote PC connection using TeamViewer. Consultation is all done remotely and does not include on-site services.
GCC America, Inc. does not claim liability for any damaged goods as a result of the consultation. By signing and sending the form to GCC America, Inc., you therefore acknowledge that GCC America, Inc. will not be held accountable for any damages and will forfeit any liability GCC America, Inc. has with any and all damaged goods as a result from the consultation call and/or remote service using TeamViewer. By allowing GCC America, Inc. to remotely control your PC, you agree to permit the GCC America, Inc. technician to have access to critical folder locations within Windows OS and MAC OS.
GCC America, Inc. is not a design company and we cannot help with assisting you with any design issues you may or may not have. We can only consult with a GCC product and/or any product(s) shipped along with your GCC machine. This does not include 3rd party programs included by certain authorized GCC America, Inc. distributors.
For assistance regarding 3rd party programs, you may consult with the authorized GCC America, Inc. distributor who sold you the program. GCC America, Inc. reserves the right to distinguish between which programs we can and cannot provide support for GCC products.
