Refund policy

BY PURCHASING AND DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

We stand behind our products and the satisfaction of our clients is our outmost importance.
However, due to the product being a digital good that is downloaded online, we generally do not offer any refunds.

If your purchase was done by mistake, and you have not yet downloaded the program nor registered the license information, we can then issue a refund upon request. However, if the program was downloaded, and/or registered, we will have no choice but to decline your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded the program are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion, Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.

SHIPPING

All digital products are delivered in the form of a downloadable ZIP file format. A link will be provided with a link that will direct you to the download screen.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A LIMIT TO HOW MANY TIMES YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE FILE.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SAVE A COPY OF THE FILE TO YOUR COMPUTER.

Once your order is dispatched you will be notified via e-mail. Although we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible please allow up to 14 days from receiving this notification to receive your order. If you have any questions or problems regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.  

REFUNDS ON DIGITAL GOODS

Due to the nature of our digital products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product therefore unfortunately we can not offer a refund after your file has been downloaded.
